Galaverse Creations olarak gizliliğinize ve veri güvenliğinize büyük önem veriyoruz. Bu politika belgesi, web sitemizi ve bünyesindeki Akıllı Asistan (Chat UI) test modülünü kullanırken hangi verilerin nasıl işlendiğine dair şeffaf bilgi sağlamak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Sitemizi sadece ziyaret etmeniz durumunda, herhangi bir kişisel veri (isim, e-posta, IP adresi vb.) tarafımızca aktif olarak toplanmaz, kaydedilmez veya depolanmaz; yalnızca destek e-postamız üzerinden bizimle gönüllü olarak iletişime geçmeniz halinde paylaştığınız bilgiler işleme alınır.

1. Veri Depolama ve İşleme

Akıllı Asistan ile yaptığınız yazışmalar ve sohbet geçmişi herhangi bir veri tabanına veya sunucuya kalıcı olarak kaydedilmez. Tüm sohbet geçmişi tarayıcınızın geçici belleğinde (session) tutulur ve sayfayı kapattığınızda veya yenilediğinizde tamamen silinir.

2. Asistan Özelleştirici ve API Kullanımı

Asistanı test etmek için sağ tarafta yer alan özelleştirme formuna girdiğiniz Şirket Adı, Şirket Açıklaması ve Ürün/Fiyat bilgileri ile sohbet kutusuna yazdığınız mesajlar, yapay zeka modelinin size yanıt üretebilmesi için güvenli proxy tünelimiz (Galaverse AI Proxy) üzerinden Google Gemini API servisine gönderilir. Bu girdi verileri, yalnızca yapay zeka işlevini sunmak amacıyla servis sağlayıcımız (Google) ile paylaşılır; bunun dışındaki üçüncü şahıslarla asla paylaşılmaz, satılmaz ve reklam amaçlı kullanılmaz.

Kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek adına tarayıcınızda sadece şu tercihler saklanır:

4. Güvenlik ve Spam Koruması

Sistemlerimizin güvenliğini korumak ve API servisimizin kötüye kullanımını engellemek amacıyla, sohbet kutusuna girilebilecek maksimum karakter sınırı 500 olarak sınırlandırılmıştır. Ayrıca ardışık ve spam istekleri engellemek adına asistan yanıt verme aşamasındayken yeni mesaj gönderimi geçici olarak kilitlenir.

5. Epic Games Store ve Epic Online Services (EOS)

Epic Games Store üzerinde yayınladığımız oyunlarımızda, oyuncularımıza başarımlar (achievements), bulut kayıtları (cloud saves), liderlik tabloları ve oyuncu kimlik doğrulaması gibi özellikleri sunabilmek amacıyla Epic Online Services (EOS) altyapısını kullanıyoruz. Bu süreçte:

6. Steam & Epic Kapsül Oluşturucu (Yerel Resim İşleme)

Steam & Epic Kapsül Oluşturucu aracını kullanırken cihazınızdan yüklediğiniz tüm görseller ve tasarımlar tamamen tarayıcınız (istemci) tarafında işlenir. Yüklediğiniz görseller hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez, depolanmaz veya kaydedilmez. 7. Veriye Erişim ve Silme Hakları

Sunucularımızda kullanıcı tanımlayıcı kişisel veriler depolamadığımız için (tüm sohbet verileri geçici bellek tabanlıdır ve yerel depolama tercihleri tamamen kendi cihazınızda tutulur), Galaverse Creations bünyesinde erişebileceğiniz veya silinmesini talep edebileceğiniz bir kişisel veriniz bulunmamaktadır. Bununla birlikte, verilerinizle ilgili herhangi bir endişeniz olması veya destek e-postaları gibi bizimle geçmiş yazışmalarınızın silinmesini talep etmeniz durumunda, galaversecreations@gmail.com adresi üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanacaktır. At Galaverse Creations, we attach great importance to your privacy and data security. This policy document has been prepared to provide transparent information on how data is processed when using our website and the integrated Enterprise Smart Assistant (Chat UI) test module. We do not actively capture, collect, or store personally identifying information (PII) such as IP addresses, names, or emails simply from browsing our website, unless you voluntarily provide it to us by contacting our support email.

1. Data Storage and Retention

Your conversations and chat history with the Smart Assistant are not stored permanently in any database or server. All chat history is kept strictly in your browser's temporary memory (session) and is fully cleared when you close or refresh the page.

2. Assistant Configurator and API Usage

The Company Name, Company Description, and Product/Price information you enter in the customizer form, along with the messages you write in the chat box, are transmitted to the Google Gemini API service via our secure proxy tunnel (Galaverse AI Proxy) solely to generate AI responses. We share this specific input data only with our service provider (Google) for the strict purpose of providing the AI functionality. This data is not shared with any other third parties, is never sold, and is never used for advertising purposes.

4. Security and Anti-Spam Measures

To protect our systems from abuse and ensure secure API operations, character inputs inside the chat box are limited to 500 characters. Furthermore, sending consecutive spam requests is prevented by locking UI controls while the AI assistant is processing a response.

5. Epic Games Store and Epic Online Services (EOS)

For games published on the Epic Games Store, we integrate Epic Online Services (EOS) to provide essential features such as achievements, cloud saves, leaderboards, and secure player authentication. Within this scope:

6. Steam & Epic Capsule Generator (Local Image Processing)

All images and assets you upload while using the Steam & Epic Capsule Generator tool are processed entirely within your web browser (client-side). Uploaded assets are never transmitted to, stored on, or saved by any external server. All image composite rendering and previews are computed locally on your system.

7. Data Access and Deletion Rights

Since we do not store personal identifying information or user data on external servers (all chat data is session-based and local storage preferences are kept on your device), there is no personal data stored by Galaverse Creations to access or delete. However, if you have any concerns regarding your data or wish to request the deletion of any correspondence (such as support emails), you can contact us at galaversecreations@gmail.com. We will respond to and process your request within 30 days. For data managed by Epic Games (such as EOS data), users must manage and delete their data directly through their Epic Games account settings.
